UK’s Minister for the Middle East and North Africa and Minister of State for International Development, Andrew Murrison

UK’s Minister for the Middle East and North Africa and Minister of State for International Development, Andrew Murrison, reiterated Tuesday in Rabat his country's "full support" to the UN-led process aimed at reaching a solution to the Moroccan Sahara issue as well as to Morocco's "serious and credible" efforts in this regard.

"It is important to reaffirm the position already expressed by the United Kingdom that we fully support the UN-led process as well as the serious and credible efforts made by Morocco in this regard", the UK official said following talks with Morocco's minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Nasser Bourita.

Murrison is leading a large delegation on a working visit to Morocco in the framework of the second session of the Morocco-UK Strategic Dialogue, held Tuesday in Rabat.
