Belgium’s capital, Brussels, will host between 23 and 25 of November the annual Global Forum initiated by the International organisation of African media in coordination with the European Parliament.
“Let’s listen to Africa” is the theme chosen for this year’s meeting especially after the return of Morocco to the African Union.
“We have decided to focus on the continent issues through this event which aims at putting together personalities from various fields and nationalities in order to discuss and to find solutions to problems facing Africa and, in addition, to pay a tribute to Dakhla Oued Eddahab region”, the president of the Forum said in a statement.
For his part, Moroccan ambassador to European Union, Mohamed Reda Chami, said that the choice of Dakhla-Oued Eddahab region as guest of honour at this forum will be an opportunity to shed light on the development of Morocco in various fields as well as on the role played by the Kingdom for the stability and the prosperity of Africa.
Several Arab, European and African personalities will participate in this forum, which will be devoted to Africa’s economic and development issues.
